We have focussed on saving our partner international schools time by enabling them to interview a carousel of carefully selected and pre-screened candidates. After these initial one-hour events, participating schools can follow-up with the candidates they match with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This saves you hours of valuable time and provides you with the opportunity to reconnect with your favourite candidates that you feel are the best suited to your school.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>How does it work?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s very straightforward, WE shortlist, screen and pre-interview the best teachers for your required subjects. Then YOU dedicate just one hour to meeting up to ten selected teachers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our aim is to save recruiters time. So, in just one hour you will meet a variety of suitably qualified candidates and, if you\u2019re keen to follow up, you will have the opportunity to arrange a longer interview after the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Flexibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Unlike typical \u2018virtual fairs\u2019, Speed Matching is not constrained by time and space. So we can tailor events to demand &#8211; subject focussed, location focused, curricula focussed and so on. We can also tailor events for specific schools if they have a range of vacancies to fill.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Which schools have participated so far?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Our following
