I was impressed how simple it&#8217;s to register and create a profile and have unlimited access to schools and teaching opportunities.  I have mostly worked with Mr. Tom, and a few instances with Maggie and Laura. The application process was systematic and simplified by expressing interest in the opportunities available by then. Some schools would view my profile and then would engage with me. Did multiple interviews, some were unsuccessful, some successful, it was a learning experience. The website is very user-friendly, and I loved being able to track the progress of my applications\u2014from being shortlisted to reaching the interview stage\u2014right from my profile. The team at Teacher Horizons was incredibly supportive. They helped me prepare for interviews, offered timely feedback, and were always available to answer my questions. Even after I moved abroad, they provided guidance about what to expect in my new country, including cultural norms and dress codes. It\u2019s the small details like these that made a big impact. I immediately signed up and started to apply for Humanities and English (literature) roles across Latin America as I wanted to live in a Spanish speaking country. I soon received an interview at a school in Mexico and another in Venezuela. Yet, as my search criteria was for all of Latin America, I also came across job postings in Brazil where the salary and benefits looked good. I applied to an IB school in S\u00e3o Paulo and quite quickly secured an interview and then a job offer. About 9 months later I arrived in Brazil and began learning Portuguese! I was looking for my next teaching role and came across their platform, which was easy to navigate and professional. After applying for a few positions, I was contacted by Helen, my adviser, who offered to set up a call. She gave me clear guidance on how to strengthen my profile and tailored her support to my goals. She later coordinated my CV and connected me with excellent opportunities. Within weeks, I had interviews lined up and eventually accepted a role at a respected international school in Mongolia. The process of getting registered was easy, and I have had lovely encounters with the team at Teacher Horizons as they helped me prep a video and  get my profile shipshape. I will be moving to Malaysia in July 2025 to take up an amazing opportunity at a school whom I found through this site and I couldn&#8217;t be more excited! The adviser take the time to check in on you and make sure you&#8217;re ready for the interview and the big move and you really feel well looked after. There are SO many schools in SO many countries available on their site. She highly recommended them, saying how helpful they had been. So when I got to the stage of wanting to leave my school in Italy I tried using teacher horizons. I must say I was very impressed. I worked with an advisor called Helen who met with me online to find out what I was looking for in a teaching role and a bit more about myself. She then shared jobs with me she thought I might be interested in. Once I saw a job advertised in Malta I was very keen. I told Helen and she straight away got onto the school and helped secure me an interview. She even gave me tips and advice for the interview and checked up on how it all went afterwards. I felt very supported through the whole process and I am happy to say I secured the job in Malta.
