VIDEO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Your Acceptance to creating a Teacherhorizons Unlisted YouTube Video Interview:

A. Your video interview will be published on YouTube as an Unlisted Video, this means that only people who know your link to the video can view it (subscribing schools but also should you choose to, friends and family can also view it). An unlisted video will not appear in any of YouTube's public spaces or our Teacherhorizons channel. You will not be able to search for your video interview. To watch unlisted videos you do not need a YouTube account and there is no 25 person sharing limit that there is on Private Videos.

B. By using or visiting the Teacherhorizons Video Interviews you agree to the YouTube Terms and Conditions. This includes software, data feeds, and services provided to you on, from, or through the YouTube website (collectively the "Service") you signify your agreement to (1) these terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service"), (2) YouTube's privacy notice, found at http://www.youtube.com/t/privacy and incorporated herein by reference, (3) YouTube's Community Guidelines, found at http://www.youtube.com/t/community_guidelines and incorporated herein by reference, and (4) the terms of use of the Teacherhorizons website, found at https://www.teacherhorizons.com/teachers-terms-and-conditions for teachers and https://www.teacherhorizons.com/terms-and-conditions-for-schools for schools and also incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any of these terms, the YouTube privacy notice, or the Community Guidelines, please do not use the Service.

C. Although we may attempt to notify you when major changes are made to these Terms of Service, you should periodically review the most up-to-date version. YouTube may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms of Service and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Nothing in these Terms of Service shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.

D. Teacherhorizons have the right to use and promote video interviews to any interested school or third party.

E. Teacherhorizons have the right to control access to your video interview. Teacherhorizons reserve the right to publish or decline publishing your video interview without notice.

2. Profile and Video Interview Termination Policy:

A. Teacherhorizons will terminate a user's access to the Service if, under appropriate circumstances, the user is determined to be an infringer.

B. Teacherhorizons reserves the right to decide whether Content violates these Terms of Service for reasons other than copyright infringement, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscenity, or excessive length. Teacherhorizons may at any time, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, remove such Content and/or terminate a user's account for submitting such material in violation of these Terms of Service.

3. Warranty Disclaimer

You agree that using these services will be at your sole risk. Teacherhorizons (Teacherhorizons Ltd, its directors, employees and agents), to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaim all warranties, express of implied, in connection with the services and your use of these. Teacherhorizons makes no warranties about the accuracy of the video interviews content and accepts no liability or responsibility for any errors, inaccuracies or mistakes resulting from access to and use of the service.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Teacherhorizons, it's directors, employees or agents be liable for any indirect, direct, incidental, punitive or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from errors, mistakes or inaccuracies of the content of video interviews.
