FAQs

1. Do I need to be fully qualified to attend this event?

Yes. Attendees should hold a PGCE, BEd, or another internationally recognised teaching qualification. If you’re not yet qualified but are currently enrolled in an accredited teacher-training programme, you’re also welcome to attend.

2. Do I need the right to work in Europe?

Having the right to work in Europe is certainly an advantage, but it isn’t essential to attend. Some schools can secure work visas on a case-by-case basis, depending on the school, the timing, and the nature of the role.

3. What types of roles will be available to apply for?

A range of teaching and leadership positions across Dukes Education schools, covering early years, primary, secondary, and specialist subject areas.

4. Do I need international teaching experience?

No. International experience is helpful but not required. Schools are looking for strong practitioners with a commitment to high-quality teaching and learning.

5. Will I have the chance to meet school leaders?

Yes. Attendees will be able to connect directly with senior leaders and recruitment teams from across the Dukes Education group.
