Community levels

To add a bit of friendly competition, and make connecting with colleagues around the world fun, we have developed a gamification system where members’ engagement and interaction on the platform are awarded with TH points that lead to progressing community levels.
In addition, badges are awarded for various community achievements. Sign in or Join us now to start earning your TH points.

Please note that your community level performance does not affect your candidate profile or job search. However, higher engagement and interaction within the network can elevate your community level, which in turn may open doors to future opportunities through the connections you build and the conversations you have along the way.

There is a progress bar that shows how much you have progressed on a current level to reach closer to the next level. This bar is only visible to you.

As you collect more TH points, you progress through levels. The table below shows how you can progress to higher community levels.

There are many different ways to rack up TH points. This allows you to focus on activities and engage in a way that you prefer while still collecting TH points and progressing levels. The table below shows different ways to earn TH points.

As stated in the table, some actions are one time choices(statuses) and some are repeat actions that reward TH points each time the action is completed. Please note, TH points can either be awarded or deducted based on the action. For example, when a member selects ‘open’ settings, they earn 300 TH points but when they switch back to ‘limited’ settings, they lose 200 TH points.

*TH Points are awarded each time this action is completed. For example, connecting with 5 new members will lead to earning 100 TH points.
