Caroline Heaton Caroline has developed her career working within both HR/recruitment and education. She has worked in both a teaching and leadership capacity, has an MA in Education and International Development and has travelled extensively, living and working in four continents.  | Joanna de Beer Jo has extensive experience in international education and education development management around the world. With an MSc in International Development Management, she has also enjoyed school leadership, education consultancy, teacher training and advisory roles. |
